Hannoush Jewelers

First Peak Construction completed a 3,000 SF adaptive reuse of an existing bank building for Hannoush Jewelers, transforming it into a purpose-built luxury retail space. The project featured an extensive exterior façade renovation, including removal of the former drive-through canopy and the complete reconfiguration of the building’s rounded geometry into clean, squared-off architectural lines. The interior fit-out included a new customer showroom and sales floor, private offices, and a secure vault—delivering a refined, secure, and highly functional environment aligned with Hannoush Jewelers’ brand and operational needs.
