Volo Aero

Volo Aero, a precision machining company serving the aerospace industry, required a facility capable of supporting increased production and operational growth. This project involved the conversion of a 15,000 SF industrial space into a purpose-built facility, combining 3,000 SF of Class A office space with 12,000 SF of dedicated manufacturing and shop area.

Scope included selective interior demolition to remove existing conditions and create a clean foundation for the new layout. To support long-term operations and building performance, the project also included a full roof replacement and the installation of new rooftop units, providing reliable HVAC systems tailored to both office and manufacturing environments. The result is a modern, efficient facility designed to support precision manufacturing and future growth.
