A Connecticut native and UConn Civil Engineering graduate, Nishant began his career at Gilbane after internships in structural design, water treatment, and construction management. He currently pursues a Master’s in Real Estate at Georgetown University and lead Gilbane Connecticut’s internship program, mentoring over 75 interns since 2017.

Being a commercial property owner himself, Zach understands the importance of communication, organization, and transparency to each client. Zach focuses on the entire construction project life cycle and the attention-to-detail required to bring a project from concept all the way to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
