With a background that bridges construction management, real estate development, and finance, he brings a comprehensive perspective to project delivery and business performance. Zach Kushner

Principal

Zach provides principal-level oversight across First Peak’s construction operations, self-perform division, and business operations. With a background that blends field experience and ownership perspective, he ensures every project runs efficiently from planning through completion. His focus on communication and operational excellence drives consistency across every facet of the company and client delivery.

Mike Mazzarella

Director of Construction

As Director of Construction, Mike oversees all aspects of construction execution at First Peak. He began his career in New York City, managing large-scale commercial projects in dense urban environments before moving to Connecticut, where he led a specialty division at a national construction firm. Drawing on deep field expertise and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, Mike ensures every project is built with precision and delivered to First Peak’s high standards.
