Zach Kushner – Founder/Principal
Zach holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Building and Construction Technology. After graduating college, Zach spent several years working for Gilbane Building Company, one of the nation’s largest commercial construction firms. Throughout that time, Zach was part of a construction management team that delivered many high-profile construction projects consisting of healthcare, K-12, higher education, and underground infrastructure. Zach has experience in the project management role working as a Senior Engineer and in the field working as a Project Superintendent.
Being a commercial property owner himself, Zach understands the importance of communication, organization, and transparency to each client. Zach focuses on the entire construction project life cycle and the attention-to-detail required to bring a project from concept all the way to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
Chad Joyal – Operations Manager
Chad holds a degree from Westfield State University in Business Management and FInance. After graduation Chad spent two years working for US Electrical Services Inc, one of the country’s largest private electrical distributors. During his time with them Chad went through their two year Accelerated Leadership Program where he gained knowledge in commercial project management, operations, client relations, and running a successful branch. Following the ALPS program Chad took the role as an Account Manager focusing on growing relationships with higher education accounts and managing lighting projects.
Alongside his role with US Electrical Services Chad ran numerous residential turnovers which helped grow his love for real estate and project management. Now with First Peak, Chad is able to use his past knowledge in Operations, Account Management, and Project Management to help our clients manage their projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
