First Peak Construction completed the ground-up construction of an approximately 800 SF drive-thru coffee shop for Aroma Joe’s in Methuen, Massachusetts, transforming an undeveloped site into a fully operational quick-service facility.
The project included full site development, underground utilities, and new building construction, along with the installation of paving, curbing, and a drive-thru lane designed to support efficient traffic flow and daily operations. The finished project delivers a compact, purpose-built environment that supports high-volume service and a strong on-site customer experience.
