First Peak Construction delivered a 1,500 SF design-build interior fit-out for Aroma Joe’s, completing the project in just three months. Working closely with the franchisee, architect, and engineers, the team integrated brand standards and operational requirements into a fully coordinated build-out. Scope included interior wall framing and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, with precise coordination of electrical and plumbing rough-ins to support specialized food and beverage equipment. The finished space provides an efficient, brand-aligned environment ready for high-volume daily operations.
