First Peak Construction’s work on the complete office remodel of Class A office space for Connecticut Legal Services highlights our attention to detail. The project required an efficient and functional floor plan to create additional office and storage space. First Peak Construction employed our design-build expertise to create a floor plan that satisfied the client’s requirements and maximized functionality. 

One of the primary objectives was to ensure the comfort and well-being of employees. To address this need, First Peak Construction installed a state-of-the-art HVAC split system. This advanced system provided each of the 12 offices with individualized controls for heating and cooling, allowing employees to personalize their work environment according to their preferences. 

Recognizing the importance of maintaining a healthy indoor environment, First Peak Construction incorporated an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) into the office remodel. This innovative system simultaneously introduces fresh outdoor air while expelling stale indoor air. By incorporating the ERV, the office space enjoys improved air quality, reducing the presence of pollutants.

In addition to the significant mechanical upgrades, First Peak Construction modernized the space, adding a ceiling grid and tile system with LED lighting upgrades to elevate the aesthetics of the workspace. New doors and hardware were selected to introduce a touch of sophistication.  Upgraded flooring and plumbing fixtures enhanced functionality and visual appeal. The addition of a fully equipped kitchenette further elevated the office’s amenities, providing a convenient and inviting space for employees to unwind and recharge.
