First Peak Construction completed a full design-build remodel of Class A office space for Connecticut Legal Services, delivering a highly efficient and modern workplace tailored to staff needs. The project included reconfiguration of the floor plan to add offices and storage, installation of a high-performance HVAC split system providing individual temperature control for 12 offices, and integration of an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) to improve indoor air quality. Additional upgrades included a new ceiling grid with LED lighting, new doors and hardware, updated flooring and plumbing fixtures, and a fully equipped kitchenette, resulting in a comfortable, healthy, and polished professional environment.
