This 3,000 SF Class A office renovation reimagined a dated workspace into a modern, efficient environment designed for collaboration and day-to-day performance. Delivered in a design-build capacity, the project included an office expansion seamlessly connected to the tenant’s existing space one level below.

Scope included new flooring, finishes, LED lighting, and a reconfigured open office layout centered around a new conference room with full-light doors and an enlarged interior window to maximize daylight. The kitchenette was upgraded with modern cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures. The completed space reflects a clean, contemporary workplace designed to support functionality, flexibility, and long-term growth.
