Design-Build Office Renovation

We recently completed a remarkable renovation of a 3000 square foot Class A office space, transforming it from a dated and worn environment into a sleek, modern workspace designed to enhance productivity ad collaboration. The client, On Point Construction, engaged us early and our team worked with them to design build this as an expansion off of their current space located just a floor below.

The project involved a comprehensive makeover, starting with the open workspace. Previously, the office featured outdated carpets, paint, ceiling tiles, and doors. We revitalized this area by installing contemporary flooring, painting the walls a crisp white, and upgrading to new LED lighting. A new conference room was configured in the center of the space and was designed with an enlarged window and doors with full light kits. These design choices were selected to create a bright and welcoming environment that fosters productivity and creativity.

In addition to the main office area, the kitchenette received an upgrade. The old kitchenette, with its worn cabinets and countertops, was functional but lacked aesthetic appeal. We replaced it with modern cabinetry, sleek countertops, and updated fixtures, resulting in a stylish and efficient space for employees to enjoy.
