Commercial Renovation and Fit-Out

First Peak Construction’s renovation project for Restoration City Church is an example of collaboration, vision, and dedication to the local community coming together to create a remarkable space.

Working closely with key stakeholders from Restoration City Church and architect Phase Zero Design, First Peak Construction helped restore and comprehensively renovate a 20,000 sq. ft. building, previously home to Namco Pools, to meet the needs of the community. Classrooms, conference areas, and Class A office space were incorporated into the design to encourage collaboration, learning, and productivity. The auditorium, which serves as the centerpiece of the church, was carefully constructed to accommodate the congregation, with a grand lobby introducing visitors to the facility through the development of a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The exterior of the building also received a facelift. A custom-built metal facade was meticulously crafted and installed over the existing CMU block, an innovative approach that helped elevate the building’s aesthetics by adding depth and character to the building’s exterior.

New Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems – including the installation of over 400 linear feet of underground plumbing – were introduced to bring the building up to modern efficiency standards, enhancing functionality, efficiency, and comfort.
