Salad Bar – Middletown, CT

First Peak Construction engaged early with the owner of Salad Bar, collaborating closely to assess the suitability of the Middletown location. Once determined feasible, the design-build process commenced, with the involvement of PegArch, a local architect, marking the beginning of a fruitful collaboration.

Our team handled various aspects of the project scope, including new interior framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations. Effective coordination among First Peak, the owner, and various trades was paramount to ensuring that all power and location requirements aligned seamlessly with the specified equipment needs.

By participating in the design process from the outset, we were able to partner with the client to deliver a functional, branded, and contemporary space that enhances the dining experience for patrons.
