First Peak Construction delivered a design-build interior fit-out for Salad Bar in Middletown, engaging early with the owner to evaluate site feasibility and guide the project from concept through completion in collaboration with PegArch. Scope included new interior framing and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with careful coordination to align power, layout, and utility requirements with specialized food service equipment. Early design involvement enabled a streamlined delivery of a functional, branded, and contemporary dining space that supports efficient operations and an enhanced guest experience.
