First Peak Construction completed an office renovation for Universal Health Care, delivering a modernized workspace aligned with the company’s brand and operational needs. The project addressed the challenge of limited natural light through the installation of custom simulated windows that provide adjustable, daylight-like illumination, enhancing comfort and openness throughout the space. Additional scope included framing soffits to integrate new recessed lighting without disturbing the existing ceiling, along with selective upgrades such as wood baseboards and oak French doors to balance contemporary design with warm, traditional finishes. The result is a functional, professional office environment that supports both daily operations and client-facing interactions.
