Vcare Springfield

VCare Springfield completed an 8,000 SF interior renovation to support licensed adult day health and clinical care operations. The two-floor renovation was delivered on an accelerated timeline to meet programmatic and regulatory requirements.

Scope included new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, along with the build-out of clinical offices, staff work areas, new gang bathrooms, a full kitchenette, and dedicated service spaces. The finished facility was designed to support patient safety, staff efficiency, and code-compliant healthcare operations while providing long-term flexibility for care delivery.
