Office and Manufacturing Facility Build-Out

Volo Aero, a provider of precision machine solutions for the aerospace industry, needed to develop a facility to accommodate their increased production. First Peak Construction’s work began with the conversion of a 15,000 square foot industrial space into a state-of-the-art facility, combining 3,000 square feet of Class A office space with 12,000 square feet of dedicated shop space for manufacturing operations. First Peak Construction undertook a selective interior demolition process, carefully removing existing structures to ensure a clean slate for the construction of the desired layout of these new spaces. 

To guarantee the structural integrity of the building, First Peak Construction replaced the entire roof and all of the existing Roof Top Units (RTUs) to ensure optimal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the comfort of the Volo Aero team.
