The ground-up construction of two wood-framed multifamily residences, each approximately 2,000 SF, was completed within a dense residential neighborhood in Middletown, Connecticut. The project required careful coordination and sequencing to deliver high-quality housing in a constrained urban setting.
Scope included full site development, foundations, framing, MEP systems, and complete interior and exterior finishes. The team managed complex logistics, subcontractor coordination, and neighborhood impacts through detailed planning and on-site oversight. Noise, dust, and traffic control measures were implemented throughout construction to minimize disruption while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety standards typical of multifamily residential work.
